Off to NYC for meetings with our PR and digital agencies to help strategize about our launch and audience build plans and to work with the rest of the team on site content and marketing needs.
I make sure on every trip to prep and pack my food the night before so I eat healthy on the plane. I have been traveling for work far too long not to know that I always feel better eating well (high protein/low carb). Packing my non-fat plain Greek yogurt, berries and almonds ensures this.
(Good-to-know fact — because Greek yogurt is so thick, it always passes security check).
