My 50s hit me hard. Carrying 30 extra pounds, suffering constant stomach and headache problems and fatigue, had trouble facing the mirror and, sometimes, leaving the house, I decided it was time to give myself a gift.  I got a real physical — lots of blood tests — and learned that a lot of my issues were my diet with gluten, dairy and red meat. After a few months of eliminating those toxins, I lost those 30 pounds, and am feeling energetic and focused again. I am dedicated to replacing my “cover up” wardrobe with fitted, stylish items that celebrate my rediscovered self.  Hello 50s!  This isn’t so bad.
