Return Policy

We make returns as easy as possible.

FULL PRICE merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days.

To be eligible for return or exchange, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging attached.

A flat rate return shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from the refund amount of all returns. This fee will be waived if a item is exchanged.

Our warehouse is still taking precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety protocols are followed and it has slowed the process down a bit. Due to this and our small customer staff, please expect delays in returns processing at this time.

Promotional discounts where a discount code is entered at check out is  considered Full Price merchandise and is eligible for return or exchange with refund back to original form of payment.

SALE MERCHANDISE POLICY - We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Sale Merchandise is any item that has been been hard marked from the original price and is being sold at a lesser amount and is discounted on the site at the time of purchase.

FINAL SALE POLICY - Items discounted 50%+ or greater are not eligible for return or exchanges. 

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment for items purchased at full-price, which has been marked down, within 7 days of your order date.

Price adjustments are not eligible on % off and $ off special promotions including: Black Friday Weekend and Cyber Monday.

Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment.

If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment.


Start Return/Exchange

To make a return simply click the "Start A Return" above, enter the email address used for the original order and your order number found in your confirmation email or the first 5 digits of the order number found on the invoice included in your original package.


Please enter the 5 digit PO number from your packing slip or order confirmation email.

Once you have completed your return request, you will receive a pre-paid return label emailed to you.

  • Print the pre-paid return label.
  • Affix to the outside of your package. Be sure to remove or cover any existing labels on the package.
  • Drop your package off at your local pickup and drop-off location. *Please note most of our return shipments are processed through USPS. However, occasionally you may receive a label from UPS or FedEX. Check your label to confirm the carrier before dropping off.

You have 7 days from receiving the pre-paid return label to ship your package. If the package is returned beyond that, you may have additional fees or your package may be returned to you.
